Ts and Cs for Bookings 

Terms and Conditions:

Parents are required to commit on a termly basis.

Half term sessions are not included in the termly package.

Payment can be made either for half term or full term. If you are not happy with the service I can issue a refund for remaining sessions with valid explanation with two weeks notice.

Payment is required three weeks before the start of term.

Parents will give four weeks notice if they wish to discontinue onto the next term. A reminder will be sent to rebook at this time.

Feedback is provided verbally after each session for one to ones and email for groups. A more detailed report will be sent through at half term and at the end of a term.

One to One Cancellation:

You shall have one opportunity in each Term to cancel and reschedule the session by providing Marlow Mentors with at least 48 hours’ notice ahead of the scheduled lesson. The rescheduled lesson must be booked within 14 days of the original Session. If the Client provides less than 48 hours’ notice the fee shall become due and payable by the client.

Group Tuition Cancellation:

No refunds will be given for missed lessons. However, we will try our best to accommodate them into another class that day if possible. I will also send out the content of the lesson and all homework tasks if a lesson is missed.

We try, wherever possible not to cancel appointments but if a cancellation is needed as much notice as possible will be given, and another lesson will be scheduled. Please note that there may be times where a short-notice cancellation may occur such as tutor illness. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Workshop Tuition Cancellation: 

No refunds will be given for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the workshop however work will be sent out with resources covered on the course.

We try, wherever possible not to cancel appointments but if a cancellation is needed as much notice as possible will be given, and another lesson will be scheduled. Please note that there may be times where a short-notice cancellation may occur such as tutor illness. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.
